PERSONAL FINANCE APPS
Mint is one of the first personal finance web apps and still one of the best. It can do so much and you can't beat the price of free. You can use it to gather an overall picture of your money, track your net worth, budget, track your bills, and track your investments.
Personal Capital is new comer to the personal finance app arena compared to Mint, but brings some fresh new ideas and a clean interface with it. Similiar to Mint, it allows you get an overview of all your finances, track your net worth, and track your investments. It's a great tool and alternative to Mint worth checking out.

It can analyze and try to lower your bills. Cancel subscriptions for you. Automate your savings. Definitely give Clarity a try.
Yes, Mint is on the list again. It's that good. Mint also has very capable budgeting tools built right into the app. If you already are using Mint, using it for Budgeting is an obvious choice.
YNAB (YOU NEED A BUDGET)
Need a detailed budget with all kinds of cool features? YNAB is an amazing budgeting tool. I'd say probably the best one I've ever worked with. It now has a web app and phone app with tons of great features like transaction importing and very detailed budgeting features. If you're very serious about your budgeting. You need to check out YNAB.
If you're looking for a really simple budget then look no further than Level Money. This budgeting app takes all the work out of budgeting. Import your bank accounts and Level Money will intelligently tell you how much money you can safely spend without breaking your budget, all automatically.
Investing builds wealth and if you have started yet, what are you waiting for!? I've made a good amount of money investing just in Robinhood alone. What are you waiting for? Download it now!
CREDIT REPORT APPS
We've come a long way since the scam free credit report sites that would charge you monthly after checking your score. Today you can get your credit score in real time and a break down of everything affecting your score right from your phone. Credit Karma does it well and is free on top of it. When you check out your credit score, you need to check out Credit Karma.
ONLINE BANK APPS
I'm a big fan of Simple. I switched from a traditional brick and mortar bank and won't be looking back. Best of all, there are NO FEES! Yes, you read that right, a bank with no fees. On top of that, they have great customer service and it really feels like they are working with me rather than trying to make a profit from me. If you're still at a big bank, check it out! You'll be surprised at the features!
REAL ESTATE VALUE APPS
If you need to find out how much your house or property is worth, Zillow really is the go to app for that. It works well and gives you lots of details about your property. It's never 100% accurate, but it can give you a really good idea of what your property is worth for calculating your net worth or even if you're think about selling.
